Body found in Shettleston park

The body of a 46 year-old-man was discovered in a Shettleston Park last night.

He was found just after 8pm in Budhill Square, near Cramond Terrace in the east end of Glasgow.

All four entrances to the park were cordoned off until early this morning.

Flowers have been laid at the scene to remember the man, who has not yet been named.

The police are treating the death as unexplained, although they don’t believe there are any suspicious circumstances surrounding the case.
