Women bare all in Glasgow high street for cancer awareness
Campaigners have taken their kit off and handed out 3,000 white roses on Argyle Street in aid of World Ovarian Cancer Day.
Fi Munro, who was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer three and a half years ago, recruited 10 friends to take part as they donned teal underwear to raise awareness for the disease.
Despite doctors warnings telling her to wrap up warm due to a recent collapsed lung, Fi decided it wouldn’t stop her campaigning.
The colour is an acronym for the symptoms related to ovarian cancer such as: Toilet habit changes, Energy levels dropping, Abdominal pain or swelling and Loss of appetite or weight.
Campaigners handed out roses with more details on getting checked regularly along with information on common misconceptions with the condition.
