Man sought by police amid inquiries into serious city centre assault
Police are searching for a man they believe could assist in inquiries into a serious assault in Glasgow city centre.
Police were called to Argyle Street at around 8.20pm on June 17 to reports of an assault.
They found a man had suffered a serious attack, and subsequently needed hospital treatment.
They have now released images from local CCTV of a man they believe may have information which could assist their investigation.
Detective constable Vicky Shanley of Stewart Street CID said: “I would appeal to anyone who witnessed this incident, or who recognises this man, to contact us if they can assist with our ongoing investigation.”
