A banking group has announced plans to build a more inclusive environment for workers at its Glasgow Campus.

Barclay’s revealed that it will enhance prospects for employees on the autism spectrum and with other learning disabilities.

The bank has teamed up with Scottish Autism to help remove barriers to the world of work.

The two year project is expected to create more than 2,000 jobs.
