Glasgow Charity wants to open discussion on men’s mental health

A Glasgow-based charity aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of local men with social activities.

Based in the East End, the group hosts events such as five-a-side football, health walks and chat sessions.

The charity hope to combat isolation and loneliness to encourage open conversations about health concerns.

This Christmas the group is showing ‘It’s A Wonderful Life’ followed by an open discussion on suicidal thoughts.
