More work to be completed on busy Glasgow street

Construction has been partially completed on Sauchiehall Street.
Glasgow’s multimillion pound promised more sustainable and accessible paths with extended pavements and cycle paths.
Work was originally scheduled to finish last year but several issues discovered on the street have caused numerous delays to the restoration.

While some of the construction has ended, many finishing touches are still to be added such as trees, lighting and new street furniture which is expected to be finished in April.
Many members of the public have expressed their displeasure at the on-going revamp of the street.
