Female gym thrives its way to the finals

Thrive Fitness Glasgow owner already achieved recognition in 6 months

An all-female- gym has been nominated as a finalist in the Scottish Business Awards.

Owner of Thrive Fitness Glasgow, Jenna Nolan opened her gym back in 2024 where she welcomed women to the new fitness area.

She is a self-employed personal trainer who previously taught her clients in other gyms before turning a garage space into Thrive.

Jenna received a letter at the end of last year revealing her hard work paying off in a nomination for a Scottish Business Award, and another announcement in which she made it in the finals of the health and fitness business category.

Old and new clients have stepped into the transformative gym ready for a new chapter in their fitness journey.

Sophie, one of Thrives members didn’t know if her exercising was done properly and was wary if she was doing it right before meeting Jenna.

Since becoming involved in the Glasgow gym, she has learnt how to exercise her muscles the right way and correct her form.

Sophie said: “It’s such a good gym; it’s a safe space to come as well. She’s great.”

The 2025 Scottish Business Awards ceremony takes place on 23rd February.
