LGBT Youth Scotland has announced a partnership with Theatre South Productions as they prepare for their production of Kinky Boots in the Kings Theatre.

The collaboration will celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and will aim to raise funds to support the charity work they undertake.

Nick Cohen, chair of the Theatre South Productions and co-producer of the show, said: “Our club has grown quite significantly over the last couple of years and what we’ve started to do for all our recent shows is to bring along a charity partner to fundraise where there’s a match up of causes.

“Kinky Boots has got that strong story of love and acceptance and LGBT Youth Scotland is a support charity for young people that are going through a challenging time of discovering themselves.”

KINKY BOOTS! Show comes to Glasgow next month!

The musical is based on the 2005 film of the same name and encourages audiences to embrace the themes of empowerment.

The show will run in the Kings Theatre from 21-25 May.
